Michael Dolby, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Dolby entered the field of dentistry in 1993 in a somewhat of an unorthodox fashion. In 1983 he received a football scholarship to Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. At the end of his collegiate eligibility he signed as a free agent for the San Francisco 49ers. Graduating with a Business Management degree he worked as a sales representative for Beecham Products. In search for a more challenging profession, he and his father decided that dentistry would meet his needs. Returning to Boise State University to meet the necessary science requirements, Dr. Dolby was accepted to the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California.
After graduating Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Tau Kappa Omega Dental Honor Societies respectively from the University of the Pacific, Dr. Dolby went on to further his education accepting a position to participate in a General Practice Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in Denver, Colorado. In 1994 he purchased an existing general dental practice in beautiful Boise, Idaho and in just two short years he and his team were producing and collecting in the top 1% of dentist around the country.
Dr. Dolby received Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2001 after completing over 500 hours of continuing education, five years of membership and successfully passing a 400 question comprehensive examination. He is also a past graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Cosmetic Dentistry.
In 1999 Dr. Dolby partnered with Tony Robbins and Fortune Practice Management to share his practice experience with fellow dentists to enrich their lives through practice development. He shares his time practicing full time in Boise, Idaho, teaching other dentists state of the art clinical techniques and assisting them to achieve outstanding leadership in their office.
Dr. Dolby has two incredible sons Connor and Jered along with his beautiful wife Melissa.
